Omschrijving

De ECCO ESG EW2010R is een LED werklamp met een veiligheidslichtbeeld en rode lichtkleur, specifiek ontworpen ter verhoging van de veiligheid rondom industriële voertuigen zoals heftrucks. De robuuste aluminium behuizing en slagvaste polycarbonaat lens maken dit model geschikt voor toepassingen in veeleisende omgevingen. Met een werkspanning van 10–60 V en een open draadeindconnector is deze LED werklamp breed inzetbaar binnen zowel 12 V- als 24 V-systemen. De compacte opbouwconstructie (ø92 x 92mm) met 45cm kabel vereenvoudigt integratie op uiteenlopende voertuigtypes. Dankzij beschermingsklasse IP67 is de lamp stofdicht en bestand tegen onderdompeling, terwijl de ECE R10-certificering de elektromagnetische compatibiliteit waarborgt bij professioneel gebruik.

ECE R10 — electromagnetic compatibility for vehicle electronics.

R10 is the reason a cheap LED strip can make a truck's ABS throw faults. It regulates how much electrical noise a lamp is allowed to emit, and how much external interference it has to tolerate. Every lamp destined for a European road carrying a CE mark also needs an R10 stamp — the two are not the same.

ADR — lighting rules for dangerous-goods transport.

ADR is the European agreement governing the international carriage of dangerous goods by road. Annex B, Part 9 contains the electrical-installation rules that a lamp on an ADR-rated vehicle must meet. It is stricter than ordinary road-vehicle standards — a lamp fitted to a tanker carrying flammable liquid has to survive electrical and mechanical conditions an ordinary delivery truck never sees.
