Private customers within the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day the last item in the order is received. To exercise this right, send an email to returns@vehiclelightshop.com with your order number and the SKUs you wish to return. We will reply with a return authorisation and instructions.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Cable harnesses and similar products that have been cut to length or wired in cannot be returned. Items installed on a vehicle are treated as used and cannot be returned for a refund.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item was defective on arrival or shipped in error. For defects and shipping errors we provide a prepaid return label.
We refund the purchase price (and original standard shipping if the full order is returned) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in acceptable condition. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Returns from business customers are accepted at our discretion. Please contact us first to agree on return conditions. A 15% restocking fee may apply for items that are not faulty and are returned outside of a warranty case.
