1. Definitions
"We", "us" — the operator of vehiclelightshop.com. "You", "customer" — the natural or legal person placing the order. "Products" — the vehicle lighting and accessories offered on the site.
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed through vehiclelightshop.com. By placing an order you accept these terms. They exist alongside your statutory rights as a consumer and do not restrict them.

2. Offers and contracts
Product listings are a non-binding invitation to order. A contract is formed when we send a written order confirmation. Obvious typing errors in prices or descriptions are not binding on us.
3. Prices and payment
B2B prices are shown excluding VAT; B2C prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at order time through the payment methods we offer (iDEAL, credit card, SEPA, Bancontact, others via Mollie). Invoice payment on account is available for approved business customers.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer on delivery to a private address or, for B2B orders, on handover to the carrier (EXW / Incoterms 2020 unless otherwise agreed). See our Shipping page for details.
5. Warranty
Our products come with the statutory warranty for EU consumers and a separate 3-year manufacturer warranty on TRALERT®-branded lighting covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Misuse, physical damage, or modification voids the warranty.
6. Returns

7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of use, downtime, or installation costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the site (photos, copy, product descriptions) is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be reproduced without written permission. The TRALERT® wordmark and logo are registered trademarks of TRALERT B.V.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of our registered office (Amtsgericht Emmerich am Rhein), to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer-protection law. Online dispute resolution: the European Commission provides a platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version applicable to your order is the one published at the moment you place the order.
