The WAŚ Sp. z o.o. MB-8102RWA from the MB-8000 serie is an LED side marker light designed for vehicles with a 12-24 V electrical system. This surface-mounted side marker light comes in red, white and amber all round and has an open wire end connection with a cable length of 40 cm. Thanks to its IP68-rated construction, this LED side marker light is suitable for applications in harsh environmental conditions. Its dimensions are 185 x 145.5 x 58 mm. The MB-8102RWA meets CE, ECE-R10 and ECE-R148 standards, indicating trouble-free operation and approval for use on public roads within Europe. This variant is intended for mounting on the right side of the vehicle. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
