The Fristom MB-146 serie offers a versatile solution in the LED side marker lights category. This model, the MB-1461RWA, features an open wire end and 30 cm cable, and combines three light colours: red, white and amber. The light is designed for surface mounting and suitable for vehicles with a voltage range of 12-24 V. The housing is made of rubber and features an impact-resistant polycarbonate lens, which makes the light resistant to mechanical influences and suitable for a variety of applications within the transport sector. This LED side marker light is equipped with the functions: rear marker light and side marker light. With a dimensions of 197x147x47 mm, the model has a compact design, while conformity to CE, ECE R10, ECE R7 and ECE R91 contributes to its usability on public roads. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
