This MB-300 serie LED side marker light from Fristom is designed for mounting on the right side of vehicles in a variety of sectors, including transport and agriculture. The light features a robust rubber housing and a polycarbonate lens, contributing to its impact resistance and durability in demanding conditions. The light features a 30 cm cable with open wire end and can be connected to both 12 V and 24 V vehicle electronics. This LED side marker light combines the functions: rear marker light and side marker light. Thanks to its red and white light colour, the light is highly visible from several directions. Waterproof construction to IP standard and certifications CE, ECE R10 and ECE R7 confirm its suitability for road use and electronic compatibility. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.

R148 replaces and unifies the previous patchwork of lamp regulations (R6, R7, R23, R38, R77, R87, R91) into one consolidated standard for signalling lamps.
