Omschrijving

De LED Autolamps 100-serie is ontwikkeld voor toepassing als LED achterlicht op voertuigen die werken binnen een spanningsbereik van 12–24 V. Dit model is uitgevoerd met een opbouwmontage en voorzien van een 40 cm kabel met open draadeind. Dankzij de ABS-behuizing, acrylaat lens en een IP67-classificatie is het product geschikt voor gebruik onder wisselende weersomstandigheden. De CE-, ECE R10-, ECE R7- en ECE R6-certificeringen bevestigen de naleving van relevante richtlijnen. Dit LED achterlicht combineert de functies: achterlicht, remlicht en knipperlicht. Met afmetingen van 120x120x31 mm is dit model compatibel met diverse voertuigtypes en eenvoudig te integreren in bestaande systemen. R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.

ECE R148 — unified signalling lamp regulation.

R148 replaces and unifies the previous patchwork of lamp regulations (R6, R7, R23, R38, R77, R87, R91) into one consolidated standard for signalling lamps. It came into force for new vehicle type approvals in September 2023, with full mandatory application by 2027. What was once seven regulations covering direction indicators, position lamps, reversing lamps, parking lamps, end-outline markers, DRLs and side-marker lamps is now one document.
