Omschrijving

The MB-1010DRA from the Horpol MB-1000 serie is an LED side marker light with a round housing of ø79 x 107mm and a thickness of 92mm. This version has an angled rubber stem and is fitted with a 50cm cable with open wire end. The light has an amber and red light colour and is designed for use as a rear marker light. Its surface-mounted design makes it suitable for a variety of vehicle applications in commercial transport, such as trucks and semi-trailers. The lens is made of impact-resistant polycarbonate and, combined with the robust rubber housing, ensures high durability. The MB-1010DRA operates within a voltage range of 12-24 V and meets IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, as well as CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R7 and ECE-R6-CAT5 guidelines for vehicle lighting. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
