The Fristom VC-4502B6CAN is part of the VC-4500 serie and is designed as an LED rear light for vehicles with a 12 V electrical system. Suitable for surface mounting, this model offers a sturdy housing and lens made of polycarbonate, which contributes to high impact resistance. Thanks to its IP68 rating, the product is completely dust-proof and resistant to long-term immersion, making it suitable for intensive outdoor use. This rear light combines the functions: rear lights, brake lights, indicators, fog lights and reversing lights. The built-in 6-PIN bayonet connector ensures a quick and reliable connection. The LED rear lights in this series comply with ECE-R10, ECE-R148 and ECE-R150 guidelines, and bear the CE mark. With a width of 240 mm and a height of 140 mm, this model can be efficiently integrated on 12V semi-trailers and other commercial vehicles. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
