Omschrijving

De LED achterlichten uit de 235-serie van LED Autolamps zijn ontworpen voor inbouwtoepassingen op 24 V voertuigen, waarbij betrouwbaarheid en bescherming tegen invloeden van buitenaf van belang zijn. Dit achterlicht combineert de functies: achteruitrijlicht en reflector. Dankzij de compacte afmetingen van 237x25x16 mm en de slanke vormgeving is integratie in carrosseriedelen goed realiseerbaar. De volledig gesloten behuizing en lens zijn vervaardigd uit polycarbonaat en voldoen aan de IP67-classificatie, wat betekent dat het product stof- en waterdicht is. De 40 cm kabel met open draadeind maakt een directe aansluiting mogelijk. Deze LED achterlichten zijn gecertificeerd volgens CE, ECE-R10 en ECE-R23, wat de conformiteit met relevante regelgeving en elektromagnetische compatibiliteit waarborgt. De 235-serie is geschikt voor uiteenlopende voertuigtypes waarbij een slank, functioneel ontwerp vereist is. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.

ECE R148 — unified signalling lamp regulation.

R148 replaces and unifies the previous patchwork of lamp regulations (R6, R7, R23, R38, R77, R87, R91) into one consolidated standard for signalling lamps. It came into force for new vehicle type approvals in September 2023, with full mandatory application by 2027. What was once seven regulations covering direction indicators, position lamps, reversing lamps, parking lamps, end-outline markers, DRLs and side-marker lamps is now one document.
