Omschrijving

De 200-serie LED achterlichten van LED Autolamps is ontworpen voor universele toepassingen op voertuigen die vragen om een compacte en robuuste lichtoplossing. De uitvoering met 40 cm kabel en open draadeind is geschikt voor 12–24 V systemen. Deze LED achterlichten combineren de functies: achterlicht en remlicht, aangevuld met een geïntegreerde reflector.De behuizing van polycarbonaat en lens van acrylaat bieden een solide bescherming tegen invloeden van buitenaf, ondersteund door de IP67-classificatie. Deze uitvoering is opbouwbaar en daarmee geschikt voor uiteenlopende montagepunten op trailers, bedrijfswagens en andere vervoermiddelen. Het product is gecertificeerd volgens CE, ECE-R10 en ECE-R7. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.

ECE R148 — unified signalling lamp regulation.

R148 replaces and unifies the previous patchwork of lamp regulations (R6, R7, R23, R38, R77, R87, R91) into one consolidated standard for signalling lamps. It came into force for new vehicle type approvals in September 2023, with full mandatory application by 2027. What was once seven regulations covering direction indicators, position lamps, reversing lamps, parking lamps, end-outline markers, DRLs and side-marker lamps is now one document.
