Omschrijving

The Horpol MB-4502RW from the MB-4500 serie is an LED side marker light with red and white light colour, suitable for applications on vehicles within a voltage range of 12-24 V. Thanks to its compact dimensions of 45x130x33 mm, this side marker light is suitable for mounting in locations with limited space. The luminaire is equipped with a rubber housing and a lens made of impact-resistant polycarbonate, which contributes to high resistance to mechanical stress and environmental influences. The light is connected via an open wire end with a cable length of 50 cm. Designed for surface mounting, the MB-4502RW provides the light function: rear marker light. With an IP68 rating, the side marker light is fully dust-proof and submersible, and it also meets CE, ECE R10 and ECE R7 approvals. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
