These LED rear lights from TRALERT®'s VC-2000 serie combine multiple functions in one compact unit. This rear light combines the functions: tail light, brake light, indicator light, dynamic indicator light, fog light and reversing light. The product is designed for vehicles with a voltage range of 12-24 V, making it suitable for a wide range of uses, including 12V semi-trailers and semi-trailers. The housing and lens are made of polycarbonate, contributing to durability and protection against external influences. Connection is via a 7-PIN AMP connector combined with 4x SuperSeal connectors, offering flexible installation and extension options. With dimensions of 360 x 135 x 55.3mm, this LED rear light is suitable for surface mounting. The product meets IP69K and various ECE standards, including ECE-R10, ECE-R3, ECE-R6, ECE-R7, ECE-R23 and ECE-R38. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.

R148 replaces and unifies the previous patchwork of lamp regulations (R6, R7, R23, R38, R77, R87, R91) into one consolidated standard for signalling lamps. What was once seven regulations covering direction indicators, position lamps, reversing lamps, parking lamps, end-outline markers, DRLs and side-marker lamps is now one document.
