The SIM-SA VC-7101 from the VC-7100 serie is an LED rear light suitable for vehicles with a voltage range of 12-24 V. Thanks to its surface-mounted design and robust housing made of polypropylene combined with a PMMA lens, this luminaire is designed for long-lasting use in a variety of applications within the transport and vehicle sector. Dimensions are 358x147x73 mm. This LED rear light combines the functions: rear light, brake light, indicator light, dynamic indicator light, fog light, reverse light and licence plate light. The luminaire complies with several ECE regulations, including ECE-R10, ECE-R6 and ECE-R91. The IP67 rating confirms protection against dust and temporary immersion. Connection is made without cables (connectorless design), allowing various connection options. Plus points of this series: - Available with side marker light or side marker lights - Equipped with indicator resistance - Loose replaceable lens - Available with cable entry (slide connectors), 7-PIN AMP & the Aspöck ASS2 connector

ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
