Omschrijving

The SIM-SA VC-7112B7 is part of the VC-7100 serie and is designed as an LED rear light for vehicles operating on 12-24 V. Thanks to its surface-mounted design and housing made of polypropylene with lens made of PMMA, the luminaire is resistant to mechanical influences and suitable for a variety of applications. Its IP67 classification ensures protection against dust and temporary immersion in water. The product features an integrated reflector function. The rear light unit is equipped with a 7-PIN connector for electrical connection. Certifications include CE, ECE R10, ECE R3, ECE R4, ECE R6, ECE R7, ECE R23, ECE R38 and ECE R91, supporting deployment within European regulations. Thanks to its dimensions of 507x147x73 mm, the rear light is suitable for installation on various types of vehicles. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
