The SIM-SA VC-7102B7 LED rear lights from the VC-7100 serie are designed for use on vehicles within both the 12 V and 24 V ranges. Suitable for surface mounting, this model features a 7-PIN AMP connector. With a robust polypropylene housing and a PMMA lens, the luminaire offers IP67 protection against dust and water. Its dimensions are 352x147x73 mm. This LED rear light combines the functions: rear light, brake light, indicator light, dynamic indicator light, fog light, reverse light and licence plate light. The unit meets various certifications, including CE, ECE-R10, ECE-R3, ECE-R4, ECE-R6, ECE-R7, ECE-R23, ECE-R38 and ECE-R91, indicating wide applicability within European regulations. ECE R48 — where every lamp on a vehicle must sit.

R48 is the master installation regulation. It defines which lamps are mandatory, which are optional, where they may be mounted, and how they must switch. Individual lamp regulations (R7 for position, R87 for DRL, R65 for beacons) certify the lamp itself. R48 certifies the vehicle on which the lamps are fitted.
